1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. OK ACRES honey
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. whole raw cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. In a separate bowl, mix milk, egg, honey and oil. Mix dry and wet ingredients together only enough to moisten the dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries. Spoon into paper baking cups. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
