2 pounds of asparagus, ends trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons high quality balsamic vinegar
1/3 cups grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place asparagus on a shallow baking dish or rimmed baking sheet.
2. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
3. Bake at 400° Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.
4. Drizzle with balsamic and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
