4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
mix four and eggs in a food processor until the mixture comes together in a ball.
Remove and place on a wooden board and knead until it is not sticky add little flour if needed.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

On a floured surface roll the dough out to about ¼ inch in thickness then cut into desired shape. Always add a little flour if needed so the pasta wont stick together.

Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil and drop the pasta into the boiling water. When the pasta comes to the surface cook for about 2 to 3 minutes depending on the thickness of the pasta. Taste to check for doneness.

Drain and dress with any sauce to your likeness
