Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 Medium Zuccini (cut in chunks)
8 Cherry Tomatoes
8 Medium Mushrooms
2 Cloves Garlic - minced
1 T Parsley (chopped)
4 oz Butter
1 t Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute the garlic cloves in the butter. When the garlic is cooked stir in the parsley
2. Cut the zucchini in 8 slices. Arrange the tomatoes, mushrooms and zucchini on 4 skewers
3. Plaace the sksers or brochettes in a buttered casserole dish. Spoon the garlic butter over the brochettes with salt pepper and oregano.
4. Bake in a pre-heated 350 oven for about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot
