3 C. Skim milk
1 can cream of potato soup
2 C. frozen hash browns
1 C. sharp cheddar cheese
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
¼ C. sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and soup in large saucepan. Stir in hash browns. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes. Top with cheese, bacon, and onion.

I always just mix the bacon and cheese into the soup, and I like to add some corn (after I've redecorated the kitchen with it, of course!!!) - Erin

The original recipe was called "Bacon, Cheese, and Potato Chowder. That is until the one time I was visiting and I heard a squeal and then a crash with corn landing even in the entry. Since then we have lovingly called it "Throw Corn Chowder"! - Teri
