4 oz. package of pudding (vanilla or lemon)
1 15oz. can pineapple, drained BUT SAVE LIQUID
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1-2 bananas
1 cup of seasonal fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, peaches, grapes, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1 cup of reserved fruit liquid into pudding mix. Blend. Pour over fruit, mix gently and refrigerate if not serving immediately.

Easy and great in the summertime. Sometimes I mix both the mandarin and pineapple juice to equal 1 cup. You can't mess this salad up.
