cup chopped cilantro leaves
2 cups chopped tomato
2 cups chopped tomato
2 cups chopped yellow pepper
1 cup yellow corn
16 oz. black beans (drained)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
juice from 2 limes
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
cup olive oil
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix the chopped cilantro leaves, tomato, yellow pepper, corn and black beans. Add the chopped garlic, lime juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, hot pepper sauce and salt. Gently toss all the ingredients and serve.
