4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (1 stick)
Dash of Tabasco
Pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place the the egg yolks and lemon juice and salt in a blender. Blend very briefly
2. Heat the butter in a microwave until just bubbling. While the butter is still hot, Slowly drizzle in the melted butter and blend until the sauce is thickened and doubled in volume.
3. Add the tabasco Cover and place in a warm spot until ready to use
