1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water
6 Tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
cup boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cornstarch, cold water, sugar and a pinch of salt. Add to boiling water, cook until clear; remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat egg whites until frothy. Keep beating while adding hot mixture. Beat for 5 minutes.

Bake at 375 until lightly browned.
