2 cups cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
tsp. salt
cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
1 cup mashed bananas
cup sour milk or buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Cream together sugar and shortening; add in eggs and bananas. Add sour milk and flour alternately into sugar mixture. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
