2 tsp. flour
⅓ cup water
3 tsp. fresh lemon juice
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. Tabasco sauce
¼ tsp. thyme (optional)

In a saucepan melt butter; add garlic and flour. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
