1 bag Ore-Ida Hash Browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
tsp. salt
tsp. black pepper
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
⅓ cup sliced green onions (optional)
2 cups potato chips, crushed
cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Coat 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk together soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese, onion and hash browns until well mixed. Spoon evenly into baking dish. Sprinkle chips and butter on top of hash brown mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 for about 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
