¼ cup sugar
½ cup vinegar
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. hot sauce
½ tsp. celery seed
¼ tsp. mustard seed
1 can whole kernel corn
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine sugar, vinegar, salt, hot sauce, celery seed and mustard seed. Boil for 2 minutes; remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Flavor improves on standing. Makes 1⅔ cups relish.
