1 large pkg. lemon jello
2 cups boiling water
2 cups 7-up (cold)
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 small can crushed pineapple,
drained, reserve juice
2 large bananas, sliced

Topping:
2 eggs, beaten
cup sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 cup reserved pineapple juice
1 container Cool Whip
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool slightly. Stir in the 7-Up, banana, marshmallows and pineapple. Pour into a 9x13-inch serving dish. Refrigerate until firm.

In saucepan, cook the eggs, flour, sugar and pineapple juice until thick. When sauce has cooled, fold in the Cool Whip and spread on top of the jello. Top with cheddar cheese.
