8 qts. cucumbers
6 med. white onions, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
⅓ cup salt
5 cups sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
3 cups vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Do not pare cucumbers - slice thin, add onions and peppers. Add salt and cover with ice and mix. Let stand 3 hours, drain. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over pickles. Heat to boiling. Seal.
