1 cup all-purpose flour
cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
tsp. salt
tsp. baking soda
1 egg, lightly beaten
cup canned pumpkin
cup milk
cup vegetable oil
1 cup old fashion oats
cup raisins

Topping:
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp. cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six dry ingredients. Blend egg, pumpkin, milk and oil; add in dry ingredients. Blend until moistened. Stir in oats and raisins. Fill greased muffin cups ⅔ full. Combine brown sugar, flour and pie spice; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle rounded teaspoonful over each muffin.

Bake at 375 for 15-20 min. or until a toothpick comes out clean.
