9 oz. shredded frozen hash browns
¼ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
4 eggs, beaten
¼ cup milk
Dash of salt
¾ cup chopped ham

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the hash browns for 4-5 minutes on high, no need to brown. Add the onion, green pepper and oil. Cook uncovered for 4 minutes on medium. Beat eggs, milk and salt together; add chopped ham. Stir egg mixture into hash browns. Cook about 5 minutes uncovered on medium. Stir after 3 minutes.
