Ingredients:  
8 slices white bread,
(crusts cut off)
8 eggs
4 cups milk
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 cups ham, bacon or sausage, cooked
1 cup grated Cheddar or American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crusts from bread. Cut bread slices into 1 inch cubes. Blend all ingredients together, except for the cheese. Pour into a 9x13-inch buttered pan. Refrigerate overnight. Place cheese on top before baking.

Bake at 450 for 30 minutes.
