"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Cut 1 inch slices of the bread. Mix softened butter with Parmesan cheese. Make enough to butter all of the slices.

Butter one side of each slice of bread. Turn it butter-side town in a skillet and toast until golden brown (maybe 3-4 minutes). If you enjoy garlic, you could add garlic powder or garlic salt to the butter mixture. Everyone seems to love this simple bread.
