¾ C. sugar
1 T. flour
½ tsp. salt
⅔ C. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 C. Acini Di Pepe pasta, uncooked
1 - 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
8 oz. whipped topping
1 C. mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan mix sugar, flour, salt, pineapple juice, egg and lemon juice. Cook mixture until it thickens. Cool.
Cook pasta per package directions and mix with cooled sauce. Cool in refrigerator.
Stir in fruit, whipped topping and marshmallows. Serve.
