1c Fresh mozzarella
1c Ricotta
c asiago,parmisian, reggiano cheese
Dried basil
Tuscan Italian seasoning McCormick
-1c jullianed spinach
c sweet pepper

4 large butterflied chicken
Prego marinara

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first group and stuff / smear onto butterflied chicken. Roll. Put a layer of sauce down then put stuffed chicken in pan.pour rest of sauce across chicken. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake at 350. For 1 hour or untill done.

Since my family likes stuffed chicken breast, I tried to come up with one! You probably can do the flour / egg / panko bread crumbs and quick fry then bake also.
