2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
bag of coconut
jam
frozen tart shells

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs
Add sugar, vanilla, baking powder and coconut

put a spoonful of jam in each tart shell, then add mixture to fill shells

Bake at 300 until brown
