1 cup margarine/butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1/2 tsp. baking soda
salt
2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine and sugar
add eggs
add dry ingredients

Form into balls
Use fork to flatten

Bake at 325º for 7-10 minutes
