3 - 10 oz packages frozen strawberries (3 C.)
½ box pectin
½ tsp. butter
2 T. water
3 C. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw strawberries. Mix sure-jell with fruit and butter in saucepan. Place over high heat and stir until mixture comes to a hard boil. Add sugar all at once. Bring to full rolling boil (a boil that can't be stirred down). Boil hard 1 minute, stirring consistently. Remove from heat; ladle into jars and seal.
