Meatloaf:
2 lbs ground beef
2½ c crushed butter
Flavored crackers
2 eggs
¾ c ketchup
¼ c brown sugar

Topping:
1 c ketchup
2 Tbsp vinegar
¾ tsp salt or to taste
½ c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together ground beef, crushed crackers, eggs, ketchup and brown sugar until well blended.
3. Press into a 9x13 pan.
3. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cooked through.

To make topping:
1. Mix together ketchup, vinegar, salt and brown sugar.
2. After meatloaf is done, spread sauce over the top and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
