4 C. peach pits and peelings
6 C. water
5 C. sugar
1 pkg. pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Place peach pits in large saucepan; cover with water and boil for 15 minutes. strain through cheesecloth, reserving juice.

To 4 cups of peach pit juice add the sugar and pectin and boil for 4 minutes. Ladle into jars and seal.
