5 cups cooked chicken (Sometimes I used the large canned chicken from Sam's/Costco)
12 oz. Frank's Red hot sauce
2 8oz. packages of cream cheese
1 cup ranch or blue cheese salad dressing (or ½ cup of each)
1 cup chopped celery
¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¾ cup monterey jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Soften cream cheese. Add salad dressing and cheese, reserving ½ cup to sprinkle on top. Mix with a mixer to blend. Mix chicken with red sauce, cream cheese mixture and celery. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes.

Serve with celery sticks or tortilla chips.
