1 small head of cabbage, cut into chunks
1 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers
2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1½ t. salt
dash pepper
1½ - 2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cabbage until almost tender. Toss cabbage with crackers, cheese, salt and pepper and milk. Place ingredients in a casserole dish and bake for 1 hour @ 350º.
