2 qts. fresh strawberries (or 1 pkg frozen, unsweetened)
4 cups sugar
¾ cup water
1 box pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Crush berries in blender. Measure 2 cups crushed berries in large bowl, adding a little water if necessary to reach 2 cups. Stir sugar into fruit, set aside for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then mix water and pectin in small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, continue boiling and stirring for 1 additional minute.

Add hot mixture to fruit mixture, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Fill small containers; cover with lids.

Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours, then place in freezer..
