8 medium tomatoes, chopped with skin
8 tart apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
3 onions, chopped
1 lbs. raisins
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in large heavy pot. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes. Ladle into canning jars and seal. Makes approximately 8 - 10 pints
