1 Bulb Garlic - separated into cloves and peeled and cut into paper thin slices
1/4 C Italian Parsley (chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 Large single chicken breasts, bone in
4 T Vegetable Oil
2 T Butter
1 Lemon - juice of

Directions:
Directions:
1. Toss garlic slices in a small bowl with parsley with a little salt and pepper
2. Stuff about 1 t garlic mixture between the skin and flesh of each chicken breast. Reserve the remaining mixture.
3. Fry the chicken in a sauce pan in butter until chicken is nicely browned.
4. Bake chicken in 325 oven for 1/2 hour
5. Meanwhile, cook the remaining mixture in a saucepan with the lemon.
6. Serve the chicken, drizzle the garlic sauce over the top
