18 Chicken Wings (make sure they are cut into 2 parts)
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 T Vegetable Oil
1/2 C Soy sauce
2 T Ketchup
1 C Honey
2 Garlic cloves (chopped)



Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper.
3 Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken wings in a greased baking dish.
4. Bake for 1 1/2 hours until well done and sauce is caramelized. If chicken starts to burn, reduce heast and cover with foil.
Chicken will caramelize int he last 10 15 minutes of cooking. Keep your eye on it and toss the wings in the sauce to make
sure they are all coated equally.
