2 lbs Chicken wings
4T Vegetable Oil
1/4 C Butter
1/4 C Frank's Louisianna Hot Sauce
1 T Vinegar

Blue Cheese Dip
1 C Mayonaise
2 Green Onions (chopped)
3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1/4 C Parsley (chopped)
2T Lemon Juice
1/2 C Sour Cream
1/4 C Blue Cheese (crumbled)

Chicken
1. Fry chicken wings in oil in batches until crisp and brown. Drain on paper towels
2. Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in hot sauce and vnegar
3. Place chicken in large bowl and toss with butter mixture
4. Place chicken in serving bowl and top with sauce

Blu Cheese Dressing
1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Chill

Serve dressing in a bowl to accompany the chicken wings.
