4-6 lb Boneless Pork Loin Roast

Sauce
1 C Black Cherry Jam
1/3 C Orange Juice concentrated thawed
1/3 C Pineapple Juice
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1 1/4 T Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line roasting pan with foil
2. Cook roast until temperature on meat thermometer reaches 170 or 30 minutes per pound
Combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to slow boil. Reduce and continue to simmer.
3. After roast reasches 170, brush frequently with sauce while continuing to roast for a further 30 minutes. Pass remaining
sauce with roast.
