1 1/2 lbs Prawns, peeled and deveined
2 T Olive Oil
6 Garlic cloves, chopped fine
3 T Butter
6 T Fresh lemon juice - 3 lemons
1/4 C Parsley (chopped)
1/4 C White wine
2 Lemons (cut in wedges)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in frying pan. Add prawns in a single layer, add garlic, salt and pepper and sizzle until pinck - opaque on one side (abut 1 minute) then flip and do the other side - 1 minute. Transfer to warm plate
2. Put butter in frying pan and heat until butter turns light brown - not dark. about 3 minutes.
3. Add lemon juice and heat through. Add parsley adn quickly mix with butter and then pour the mixture over the prawns.
4. Add wine (optional)
5. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
