4 to 5 lb brisket
½ tsp celery salt
½ tsp onion flakes
¼ garlic powder
2 tsp liquid smoke
¼ cup and 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
Some soy sauce
1 cup BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle beef with all the dry ingredients. Pour Worcestershire, liquid smoke and soy sauce over meat. Cover with foil, chill overnight, turning once. Baked covered, fat side up at 300 degrees for 4 to 4 ½ hours. Pour out ¾ brisket juice. Pour BBQ sauce over and bake for 30 more minutes.

Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.

Mix some of the brisket juice with BBQ sauce for extra sauce.

Uncle Neal believes brisket should slow cook over mesquite in a smoker. Well....when it is 100 degrees plus outside in the summer here in Texas I cook brisket in the oven!
