2 lbs green beans
lb bacon, cut into inch pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
cup shallots, chopped
tsp thyme
1 tsp brown sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
6 to 8 little red potatoes
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and veggies until golden borwn. Add seasonings. Stir beans into mixture. Add chicken broth and 1 can of water. Add potatoes hour later. Cover and cook until tender.
