Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 chicken breasts - remove skin and cut into strips
1 16 oz. bag frozen artichokes (hearts)
1 tsp. chopped rosemary
1 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. virgin olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and place in casserole
Bake uncovered 20 min at 380
Add cup good white wine
Continue to bake 15-20 minutes (until chicken is done)

Garnish with fresh parsley.
