dough - see Mankoushe dough recipe
2 lb ground beef

1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp 7 spices (can omit or use cinnamon)
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
4 tsb lemon powder (or 1/2 cup lemon juice)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix meat spread ingredients in a bowl and put in a sifter to drain some of the fluid .
Roll dough into 6 inch diameter circles, spread with meat mixture.
Sprinkle a baking sheet with corn meal, please meat pies on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until bottom of dough is brown. (use aluminium foil or parchment to cut down on cleaning)
