Ingredients:  
1 1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups diced rhubarb

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soft butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour a 9x13 baking dish
In large bowl stir together the white sugar, soda, salt and 2 cups of flour
Stir in eggs and sour cream until smooth
Fold in the rhubarb.
Pour into prepared pan
Mix the topping ingredients until crumbly and and put on top of cake.
Bake in reheated oven about 45 minutes.
