1 zucchini (chopped or grated)
1 onion chopped
1/2 c. grated cheese
4 - 5 slices of American cheese
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp. oregano
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and bake in greased pan at 350F for 1 hr. or make as pancakes.
