4 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
cup lemon juice
cup honey
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in large plastic bag; refrigerate overnight. Drain marinade into small saucepan; bring to boil. Place chops on pre-heated medium-low grill. Cook 12-15 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with heated marinade.
