2 pkg. frozen corn, thawed
2 (3oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1 stick of butter
1/2 small can green chilies, chopped
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Melt cream cheese, milk and butter over low hear. Add corn, chilies, and salt. Put in a casserole dish. Top with bread

crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
