2 8oz. packages of cream cheese
8 oz. feta cheese
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp basil
5 tsp. pesto, well drained
3 cup roasted red pepper or sun-dried tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 1 quart loaf pan with plastic wrap. Place cheeses and garlic in food processor until blended. Add oil and basil, blend. Spread ⅓ of the cream cheese mixture into the pan. Cover with pesto. Layer another ⅓ of the cream cheese. Cover with red pepper or sun-dried tomatoes. Add remaining ⅓ of the mixture. Cover and chill overnight. Flip over on serving platter and serve with crackers or pita chips.
