1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cup roasted, salted peanuts
1 teaspoon butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in 2 quart microwave bowl. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Stir in peanuts and microwave high 3-5 minutes until lightly browned. Stir in butter, vanilla and soda until light and foamy. Spread on buttered cookie sheet or foil. Cool then break up into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
