"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5-7 lb. pork butt or shoulder, bone-in
2 cups Orange juice
1 cup Apple cider
2 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
3-4 Tbsp. Stevia brown sugar blend
2-3 Tbsp. Tony Chachere seasoning salt
2 Tbsp. Garlic powder
1 Tbsp. each- Onion powder, dry mustard, cayene

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
I used my 5 quart dutch oven, sprayed with nonstick.
Coat meat with spices and place in dutch oven fat side up. Pour juice and and vinegar over and around the meat, put on the lid and cook for 6 to 7 hours.
Let the meat rest in the oven for at least an hour after turning off the heat.
It literally melted apart when we moved it to the pan to shred/pull apart. When we lifted it out 1/3 just fell off, LOL, and the bone just pulled out clean as a whistle!!
I added a bit of the pot liquor to the pan after I shred it to add flavor and prevent drying. I wrapped foil over it and set it back in the cooling oven while the mac and cheese cooks.
Ya, I said mac and cheese, homemade coleslaw too!!
