2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

2 c. flour
tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

2 cups oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wet. Add dry. Beat smooth. Thin or thicken as needed. Heat oil to 360 in 8 skillet. Pour c. batter into funnel, covering bottom with finger. Release finger to spiral batter into oil. Fry 3 minutes, until golden. Turn carefully. Cook 1 minute. Drain on paper towels.
Serve with powdered sugar, syrup.
