1 yellow cake baked in jelly roll
1 large box vanilla pudding (cooked type, use 1/2 milk required)
1, 8oz. cream cheese
1, 8 oz. whipped topping
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake yellow cake mix or scratch cake in jelly roll pan. Cook pudding according to directions and add cream cheese while hot. Mix well; add whipped cream and spread mixture over cake after cake has cooled. Sprinkle drained pineapple and coconut on top and chill for 1 hour for best results.
