Cake:

1-1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped nuts
1 stick butter

Frosting:
1, 8oz cream cheese
1.5 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and bake in a 350* oven. Cool and frost.

Frosting:
Beat, butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy.
