1 lb Ground Beef
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/2 cp Taco Sauce
6 10" Flour Tortillas
1 1/2 cps Mexican Cheese Blend
1 jar Monterey Jack Queso Dip

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a skillet brown ground beef over medium heat
2. Drain fat from ground beef
3. Add Onion, garlic, Chili powder cumin and taco sauce
4. Cook about 5 minutes
5. Top tortilla with meat mixature; then Mexican cheese
6. Fold and roll tortilla
7. Preheat oven to 375
8. Spray tortillas on all sides with cooking spray
9. Place on cookie sheet seam down
10. Bake 12 minutes; top with warm queso dip
